Windows
The Windows app isn’t ready yet. Until then, use Kliently in Google Chrome.
Installing
- Open the file you downloaded.
- If you see “Windows protected your PC”, click More info, then Run anyway.
- When Kliently opens, type your agency’s Kliently address (for example sai-world-travels).
On a PC with Smart App Control turned on, Windows can’t install the app yet. Use Kliently in Google Chrome on that PC instead.
Mac
Not sure? Apple menu → About This Mac → Chip. If it says “Processor … Intel”, choose Intel.
The Mac app isn’t ready yet. Until then, use Kliently in Safari or Google Chrome.
Installing
- Open the file you downloaded and drag Kliently into Applications.
- The first time, your Mac may stop it from opening. Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway.
- When Kliently opens, type your agency’s Kliently address (for example sai-world-travels).
